We strive on customer satisfaction, but we understand things happen. If for any reason our products to not live up to your standard, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the the date you received the product.
In-order to start return process, simply email info@ThisIsGoldenTouch.com Provide your name, order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions. GoldenTouch Haircuts & Shaves does not cover return shipping. Customer may select the return shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ThisIsGoldenTouch.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received. Orders placed on Saturday.
